JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in Handling HR Operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll Management, Exit Process )
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Joining Formalities and F &F, Exit Formalities
- Experience in Handling of Unions at Site
- Thorough knowledge of labour related compliances
- Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes
- Responsible for Salary and Leave administration at Sites.
- Collecting Attendance data on daily basis vide Bio metric.
- Verification of attendance and pay sheets of sites.
- Ensure Payroll Format of sites reach HO by end of every month.
- Ensuring approved & on roll names taken into Payroll.
- Ensuring Additions / Deletions of names are carried out.
- Ensure pay Sheet of Sites reaches Corporate Office on time.
- Budgeting and Cost estimates pertaining to HR & Admin related expenses.
- Ensure all Statutory Commitments are fulfilled as per Compliance.
- Responsible in maintaining all required registers.
- Ensure site MIS reports are sent to HO.
- Liaison Asst : Responsible for all site related Liaison activity.
- Should be able to deal with Police, Govt agencies, etc.
- Well versed with the BOCW, WBC Policy and Car Policy (Asset insurance)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹550,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
