JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience in Handling HR Operations (Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll Management, Exit Process )
  • Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Joining Formalities and F &F, Exit Formalities
  • Experience in Handling of Unions at Site
  • Thorough knowledge of labour related compliances
  • Understanding of legal risks and liabilities associated with HR processes
  • Responsible for Salary and Leave administration at Sites.
  • Collecting Attendance data on daily basis vide Bio metric.
  • Verification of attendance and pay sheets of sites.
  • Ensure Payroll Format of sites reach HO by end of every month.
  • Ensuring approved & on roll names taken into Payroll.
  • Ensuring Additions / Deletions of names are carried out.
  • Ensure pay Sheet of Sites reaches Corporate Office on time.
  • Budgeting and Cost estimates pertaining to HR & Admin related expenses.
  • Ensure all Statutory Commitments are fulfilled as per Compliance.
  • Responsible in maintaining all required registers.
  • Ensure site MIS reports are sent to HO.
  • Liaison Asst : Responsible for all site related Liaison activity.
  • Should be able to deal with Police, Govt agencies, etc.
  • Well versed with the BOCW, WBC Policy and Car Policy (Asset insurance)

Desired Candidate Profile :

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
