Administration Assistant / Data Entry (Remote / Work from home)
We are seeking an administration assistant who can work independently on a casual basis working daily between 9.30am to 2.30pm (daily hours may vary).
This is a remote position and would be an ideal position for someone with school children.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Verify data entry for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct errors in data entry.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Email reports to relevant parties daily.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 9.30am to 2.30pm (daily hours may vary)
- Own mobile phone, computer/laptop and reliable internet access
