Administration Assistant / Data Entry (Remote / Work from home)

We are seeking an administration assistant who can work independently on a casual basis working daily between 9.30am to 2.30pm (daily hours may vary).

This is a remote position and would be an ideal position for someone with school children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Verify data entry for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Email reports to relevant parties daily.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 9.30am to 2.30pm (daily hours may vary)
  • Own mobile phone, computer/laptop and reliable internet access


  • 100% remote / work from home.
  • Reimbursement for half of internet and mobile phone bills.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
