Our client, a real estate firm in ikeja is hiring experienced customer care representative to assist and help maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and assist customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain customer records and ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries.
- Provide product or service information and recommend solutions to customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
