JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION DETAILS
Position Title: VISA PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Department/Unit: KONGA TRAVELS AND TOURS/VISA PROCUREMENT UNIT
Reports to (title): HEAD, KONGA TRAVELS AND TOURS
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm
PURPOSE
A brief overview of the role
Profile prospective visa applicants, and render advisory services as it relates to visa processing booking of appointments, checklist, and key understanding of Immigration Rules
Assist customers in completing fill-in forms and documentation for visa procurement and submission at the Embassies
KEY DUTIES
Complete visa documentation
Book Appointment for visas
Attend to direct customer inquiries
Attend to Affiliates/ Sub Agents request
process all types of visas including Transit Visa
Generate Report
Provide Consultation and visa advisory service
Generate Leads and New Markets for Visa
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
What specific knowledge/experience/qualifications are required for this role
First Degree with four years of experience in visa processing
KNOWLEDGE (including technical knowledge):
(1) Knowledge of Timatic and Travel Geography
(2) Documentation and Profiling Skills
(3) Customer service
(4) Multitask and Meet Deadlines
(5) Communication skills
(6) Problem-solving skills
(7) Basic Computer Knowledge
