Job Summary

Our client, a real estate firm in ikeja is hiring experienced customer care representative to assist and help maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements


  • Handle inquiries and assist customers via phone, email, or in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries.
  • Provide product or service information and recommend solutions to customer needs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
